High Efficiency Coalescer

High Effeciency Coalescer

Coalescing is a process of agglomeration by which the water and liquid particles in the airflow come together to form large enough droplets, which are then gravitationally drained away.

MMHP® manufactures customized high efficiency coalescing element comprising of several layers of very fine borosilicate glass micro-fiber supported by SS mesh on both sides and special spongy material which captures dirt particles down to 0.01 micron in size and removes oil aerosols down to 0.01 mg/m3 @ 20°C (68°F).

Depending upon the application our coalescing filter can be used on its own or can be part of a larger Air-Oil, or Air-Water separation unit.
